Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz (180-250mL) of cold water. Take 1 to 2 times daily. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed.

This stuff is insane. If you are looking for a morning rush or an afternoon pick me up this is the way to go. I have tried almost all the flavors and they are all incredibly drinkable.
