Shipping Timeframes

JNXSports.com ships to addresses within the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada. We do not currently offer shipping outside of the U.S.A and Canada from JNXSports.com, however we have distributors globally so please get in touch with our customer service team if you want to find JNX Sports products in your country. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping within the United States, and 7-10 days for orders to Canada. 

Changing your order

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible, which means that unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. However, if you have a change request, you’re welcome to contact our Customer Service Team and ask. They will always try to help, but we can’t make any promises.

  • Flat Rate shipping - $7.95 USD
  • Orders over $49 USD ship FREE

New York

  • Flat Rate shipping - $11.45 USD
  • Orders over $49 USD ship FREE

Canada 

  • Flat Rate shipping - $7.95 USD
  • Orders over $49 USD ship FREE

Customs fees and taxes

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.

JNX Sports has no control over customs policies and charges.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number(s) to activate.

Missing or Damaged Orders

While JNXSports.com is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping, we don’t want to ditch you in your time of need either. For lost/missing orders, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also contact our Customer Service Team to let us know about the issue. For damaged products, please make sure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods to include evidence as part of your claim.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thanks for shopping with JNX Sports. Our products are true medicine for mayhem, so prepare to transform. If for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • To return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To include a completed returns form. Download the returns form here.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in unused condition.
  • Supplements are unopened with the seal intact, and apparel is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in new condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase from jnxsports.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, please get in touch with them directly to discuss your return. You can learn more about purchases made through third parties here.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, your return will not be accepted. The following products/purchases do not meet our returns criteria and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from jnxsports.com
  • Any product returned without original packaging and accessories, including gift with purchase, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that has been physically damaged or that is deemed defective upon arrival
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate or rewards

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged/Defective Product

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and if you believe that you have received anything less than epic, we want to hear from you. If you believe that the product you’ve received is defective or incorrect (style, color, or flavor), please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt, and provide a description of the issue and a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product. Upon receiving your request, our Customer Service Team will assess your complaint/damage and reach out to you with options:

Purchases Made with Authorized Retailers

If you experience issues with a purchase made through one of our authorized sellers, please reach out to the authorized seller directly for help. If you and the retailer from whom you purchased are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, please email the JNX Sports Customer Service team at customerservice@jnxsports.com.

Please note that JNXSports.com is unable to process returns or refunds for purchases through third party retailers. Any purchases made through third parties that are returned to JNXSports.com will be sent back to you at your cost and expense. Please see our official Returns Policy for more information.
