Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and then line the bottom with baking paper.
- Mix all of the ingredients together
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth out the top
- Bake for 40 minutes (do not open the oven door!)
- Turn off the oven and leave your bread to bake for an additional five minutes.
- Check your bread. If it is still soft in the middle, cover with tin foil and continue to bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Once done, let cool completely.
- Once cool, use a knife to go around the edge of the loaf to loosen the bread from the pan before gently inverting it onto a plate or serving board.
- Store in an airtight container. This bread is even better the next day, if you don’t eat it all right away 💀
