JNX Sports products do not have a 'certified for use in anti-doping competitions' logo on the label, however all ingredients are listed on the product label and we do not store, process or use any ingredient in our product that would cause an issue for anti-doping competitions.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible, which means that unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Our systems are very automated and can process the order within a very short amount of time. However, if you have a cancellation or change request, you’re welcome to contact our Customer Service Team and ask. They will always try to help, but we can’t make any promises.

Once the product has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the order and do not have other information aside from the tracking. Any questions you have or changes you may need should be taken up with the carrier as they will assist you once the order is in their hands. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping and another 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. If you have not received it after this time then please refer to your tracking number and check the status for any delays. While JNXSports.com is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping, we don’t want to ditch you in your time of need either. For lost/missing orders, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please also contact customerservice@jnxsports.com
to let us know about the issue. For damaged products, please make sure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods to include evidence as part of your claim.

If you are experiencing any quality issues then please contact us at customerservice@jnxsports.com and include photos of the bottle, including a clear image of lot/expiry # underneath the bottle, all labels, and the top and underneath of the lid. Also please tell us what the problem is that you are experiencing with the product.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number(s) to activate.

Your order is shipped out from our warehouse based in Utah.

JNXSports.com ships to addresses within the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.A and Canada

US Orders placed on a business day before midday are usually shipped out the same day. If an order is placed on a Friday after midday it will be shipped out on the following Monday (as will orders placed over the weekend) We are closed on weekends and US public holidays.

We ship with USPS and the timeframe for domestic delivery in the US will be between 3-5 business days.

Deliveries to Canada will take 7-10 business days

We offer flat Rate shipping of $7.95 and all orders over $49.00 ship for free.

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.
