Simply login and shop our online store and your points will be automatically added to your account once your order is processed. You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.
Take a photo of your receipt or upload a copy of order confirmation email and upload the photo to your account using the receipt upload section. You’ll earn $1 for every $1 you spend.
Our team will moderate and approve your receipts. Please ensure your photo is clear and the details of your purchase are visible. Any illegible, counterfeit, duplicate, or invalid receipts won’t be able to be honored.
If unused, your points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned.
Points for online purchases will be assigned to your account after your order has processed your payment has been approved. For in store purchases, it can take up to 72 hours for our moderation team to review your receipt and assign eligible points to your account. Please remember that you must be signed up and logged in to receive your points! If you have any issues or have not received your points after 72 hours, please contact customerservice@jnxsports.com
Your birthday rewards will automatically be assigned to your account on your birthday.
