Directions
- mix the puffed rice and protein powder together in a bowl until fully incorporated.
- melt the almond butter and maple syrup together in a microwave before pouring them over the rice cereal and mixing until all the ingredients are fully combined.
- Evenly lay the mixture to a 8x8 inch backing tray and ensure it is compact by firmly pushing it down.
- Refrigerate the mix until it is set and cut into 12 slices.
