  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) degrees and line an oven tray with baking paper.
  2. Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl until they are fully combined and the dough is thick. If adding chocolate chips they can be folded through afterwards.
  3. Divide your cookie dough mix evenly on to the oven tray. You can flatten the dough slightly using a fork.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy on the outside while still soft in the middle.
  5. Allow for cookies to cool for 10 minutes before consumption
